Trade union members took to the streets to demand better pay for public sector workers and to protest the cost-of-living crisis. EIS President Andrene Bamford delivered a powerful and passionate speech from the top of a fire engine come speakers\u2019 platform, where she said, \u201cWe must show the children of Scotland. We need to show them, the next generation. They don\u2019t have to take it.
