The EIS was extremely active around the recent COP26 conference in Glasgow. A range of Webinars were organised addressing climate-change issues, and these were well attended by members. An online exhibition of student work on climate change and environmental issues offers an inspiring view for the future. EIS General Secretary Larry Flanagan was a member of the trade union delegation at COP26, while many EIS members turned out to support the Saturday demonstration held in Glasgow during the Conference.
